Rental Car Return

To return an on-airport rental car, drive directly into the ground floor of the parking garage, which is adjacent to the terminal building.

Downtown Shuttle Bus Service

AIRJTA shuttle bus service between JIA and Downtown. Service located on the lower level near the Ground Transportation booth. Call 630-3100 for schedule and rate information.

Free shuttles operate between all parking lots (with the exception of the parking garage) and the terminal 24 hours a day.
